Enemy aim

Hey everyone !
I have a question about somethink that is not really a bug, but may be...
Is it normal that the enemy with the mod are litteraly unable to hit me ? I've made like 15 missions (primarly guerrilla ops) and i have LITTERALY got only 3 wounded soldiers. The enemy misses nearly all his shots (8 in a row).
Is it normal because i'm in early game, or is it a bug?
