Intel costs at final network tower

At the central network tower, the available options for me this run were:
Squad individual concealment: 25
Extra soldier: 29
Override (single soldier immunity x 2): 124 [yes 124]
Hypnography (-50% will): 29
So is that 124 a typo or something? I feel like it must be given the rest.
Also I must confess I'm not sure exactly how override works! but I still think extra soldier and hypnography (providing you have a psi to take I guess) would have to be the most powerful perks there . No chance override is worth more than 4 times either of those!
