Assassinate/kidnap mission bug

So I noticed that on assassinate/kidnap missions (which reward you with intel and intel package (but only if you take VIP alive)) I get rewarded with both rewards even when I kill the VIP. Basically this promotes sending a single allahu akbar technical who would blow the VIP and his car up and then gets gunned down.
