Do you happen to still have the save for this mission? It's the parcel/PCP that defines the rocks/cover/etc not the plot, but I don't know which one that is from the screenshot.

I do not, I'll note that next time. How many Parcels have 2x2 rocks? Can you track that down?

I can't really tell from that screenshot, it could be any of the wilderness PCPs. Do you have an uncropped version of the shot, that might help to better narrow it down.

I do not, I'll keep it in mind next time.

I have Dragon's Wilderness PCPs, might also be mod related. I'm never sure what to grab for info for modders when i see wrong cover, what exactly would you ideally say you need in the future? x2debugmap info wise.

A screenshot like you provided but with \OutputParcelInfo active, and a save as well would be ideal, but just the OutputParcelInfo would be a big help. It draws the name of every parcel and pcp on the map over top of it.

I dont know what \OutputParcelInfo is, I suppose its the debug overlay?

Yes, OutputParcelInfo draws the name of each parcel and PCP over top of the map element. From your save, this is the lg_Chasm_01 map that is part of Even More Maps! - Suffer. You may be able to report this to the mod author and get it fixed there, but it's not a LW2 bug.
