Boosted cores

Chose boosted cores with needle grenades on some grenadiers to help with the early game. However, the grenadier rolled 2 damage on his frags despite the tool tip saying 3-6 damage....

Unless the target was dead center of the explosion, it was probably just due to the damage falloff.
