Collector Intel cap affecting other Intel rewards

Completed a mission in which I had an officer with collector. During the mission I skulljacked an enemy for a small intel cache and also received a small intel cache reward from hacking the objective. Several kills during the mission created the "Collector +1 Intel" popup.

The end of mission reward screen only showed that I gained 10 Intel - should have been 20 (2x small cache) + whatever I got from collector.

I don't believe this is a collector bug, but rather a vanilla bug with hack rewards. Collector income is applied to the HQ immediately and doesn't show up on the mission summary screen. But I seem to recall there being a bug with hack rewards where if you get multiple copies of the same reward only one is applied.

But thanks for the reminder about this, I'll look at the hack rewards and try to fix it.
