[BUG REPORT] Virtual function bug after LW2 update 1.4

Hello guys!

I'm here to report a bug

I had some crashes after updating Long War 2 to 1.4, the "pure virtual function being called while the application was running (gis running == 1)" crash

Yesterday before the 1.4 update everything was fine, same mods, no problems

After the update 1.4 I have two bugged saves

I even tested using only LW2 and the Remove Missing Mods mod to test my saves and the issue was there
