Fuse of psi operative do not deal damage from time to time.

Version 1.2 cosmetic mods. Sometimes the ability shows an explosion animation, but does not do any damage.

Yeah fuse sometimes missing is an old vanilla issue. I guess thats why it has no cooldown.
