Hack Door on Jailbreak Not Marked As Breaks Concealment

Pretty much what the topic title says. As I understand it, any action which will result in broken concealment is supposed to be red, and have the red eye icon. However, having infiltrated to the cell door on a VIP rescue mission, the hack target icon shows as green, and there is no red eye to indicate broken concealment. Not sure if this is an oversight, a base game bug, or if it's not meant to break concealment. It'd be nice, for the sake of consistency, if it could be corrected though.
