Bug 1: Suppression does not appear to be stacking
The in-game suppression perk text says that "if multiple units suppress a target the aim penalty will stack".

However on multiple occasions when I have double suppressed a target (with 2 gunners), they have still hit my soldiers in cover. With the -30 penalty applied twice, together with the cover bonus, I don't believe this should be happening (I checked their aim stats). The enemies did not have any other aim bonuses. Hit chances listed by Perfect Information appear to confirm my suspicions (though it is obviously possible that Perfect Information is wrong).

I strongly suspect that suppression is not stacking properly.

Bug 2: Soldiers purchased in the Black Market rank up too quickly
I have purchased a Black Market soldier, sent them out on a mission - where I failed the objective and did not kill a single alien - and on returning, they get a promotion (I fully promoted them before they left, so this wasn't a 'left over' promotion). I don't believe this should be happening.

I have a purchased Grenadier who I bought as a Sgt. and who has received a promotion every single mission up to MGST, despite having only 6 kills in total (I know XP is mainly mission based in LW2, but I'm just pointing out that she does not have an insane kill count that is causing this ridiculous promotion speed). She has totally outranked almost all my other soldiers.

I experienced both of these things with multiple Black Market soldiers.

It's almost as if purchased soldiers are listed as being of a certain rank, but they have the XP of a soldier of a higher rank - which manifests itself as a promotion almost every mission.

Bug 3: Revival Protocoling a disoriented soldier, who is also poisoned, removes the poison as well as the disorient status
I don't believe this should happen, as Revival Protocol says it only removes mental status effects, and poison is not a mental status effect.

Bug 4: Sabotage Monument mission has 8-man reinforcements (after 200 turns)
Due to buggy pod behaviour, and the Chrysalid Infestation dark event, I ended up waiting for nearly 200 turns before starting to fight. On turn 200 I started receiving 8-man pod reinforcements every turn (having received no reinforcement prior to that).

I understand this is an extreme case, and I suspect this is a vanilla mechanic that Firaxis put in place for fun, in the expectation that almost nobody would ever see it. But I wasn't sure if this was considered WAD for Long War 2 or not.

Minor Bug 5: The 'end turn' icon >¦ is often inaccurate
Haywire Protocol does not have the 'end turn' icon >¦ even though it does end the turn (I think this may be a vanilla UI bug)

Conversely, sometimes Conceal says that it will end the turn (e.g. when you have only 1 AP remaining), when obviously it does not.

Minor Bug 6: Skulljack being upgraded with Skullmine on soldiers already out infiltrating
I send a squad to infiltrate, having given my Specialist a skulljack. At this point I have not completed the skullmine proving ground project.

While the squad is infiltrating, but before the mission occurs, I complete the skullmine project. As a result my Specialist has a skulljack with the skullmine ability for the mission, despite the fact that she when she left her skulljack did not have that property.

Not a big deal, probably WAD, just thought I'd mention it.

Minor Bug 7: Trojan virus visual message appears even if the hacked MEC has already been killed

For #4, I can't help but point out that this is a LW2 mechanic and working as intended. 8-man reinforcements are meant to occur 16 turns after an objective has been completed as a 'get the FUCK out of here' anti-camping incentive. Your 200 turns probably bugged that out and had it set off way early.

I believe I've noticed this on at least one of my soldiers as well. Bought her either Cpl or Sgt and she leveled up after the next two missions she went on as well with maybe 4 kills total. Assault class.

Not complaining too much ;) a little perk for spending the extra supplies maybe? I thought at first maybe they are bought with enough xp to be able to level up immediately once after their first mission, which could seem possible, but if they do it everytime then yeah thats a bit too much
