Grenade graphical glitch + Smoke not working

Jailbreak mission on an urban map. As you can see in the screenshot, the grenade graphic doesn't appear in the preview and the soldiers which it should affect weren't highlighted. I threw a frag and a flashbang in the same mission and both didn't have a visual preview of the area affected too, but in both cases soldiers and aliens were highlighted and in both cases the grenades had an effect. Sadly the smoke was a complete dud and didnt gave any bonus cover.

Same problem here, in some maps (Mostly works perfect) It doesn´t cover the smoke and they can die

Please Fix that bug, thanks Pavonis.
