Black Market research

So I read in another forum that the black market should not be selling research projects for Intel in LW2 but mine is. I'm running long war on Windows 10 with the most up to date XCOM 2 version. I have evac all, gotcha flank preview, LOS preview, and various voice mods enabled. I don't think I have anything else running at the moment, though there are a few other mods installed but not enabled as they were QOL and bug fixes that LW doesn't need. This isn't game breaking or anything as I intend not to use this exploit but I felt it was worthy of mention.
