Hi,

I have high ranking soldiers in my roaster that can not be trained as officer. Are we limited in hte number of officers or it is a bug ?

Take the trooper out of the oven first!

Is the trooper on a mission? Cannot select them if they're infiltrating, in a haven, in the AWC, or wounded.

Were you trying to promote the trooper? They have to attain a certain level to qualify for additional officer ranks past the first.
