Heavy gunner suppressing my shinobi, I cancel it with my gunner's area suppression and it removes the overwatch and the animation but my shinobi still has the aim malus. I used TTC console command back and forth and he still had the suppression effect. Is this intended or a bug?

I don't know if it's intentional but it does seem to be consistent. The suppressor won't get reaction shots against you but that also means you can't break the suppression by moving.
