I would like to get rid of fog and make darkness and rain less frequent.
There isn't much point in having a good video card when the game makes everything fuzzy and difficult ti see.

Re: Haw to change weather frequency?
Thanks.
I will check out the more environmental lighting maps.
Haven't been able to get the console to work for some reason. Adding the -enableconsole extension to the launcher shortcut doesn't seem to do anything.
What video card are you using with those 2 monitors?

If you wan't to play in 4k you need 1080.
If you play on 1440 it can run on nVIDIA960/ ATI 380 .
If you play on 1080 - anything should run this game on 1080
1070 can pass for 4K if you lower your settings - SSAO and AA and enable frame rate smoothing (it smooths around 40 hz - enough)
Lowering shadows to medium also helps.
Stuttering will be always present. You must limit frame rate to 30-40 Hz to reduce it (nVIDIA/ ATI control panel) . This limiting will enable old cards to work better 1440p can run on nVIDIA960/ ATI 380 4GB (tested) and I recommend it for any card (old card 30Hz).
Laptop user - limit frame rate to 30 Hz -you will not notice that. You will notice always present stuttering
Avenger / large battles are killing any card including overpriced 1080Ti cards. Buy a car instead (I mean vehicle) or bike and enjoy life .
If crime against humanity is anything lower than 144 Hz good luck with SLI/ CrossFire super expensive cards, they just - stutter more
