Unable to Build Medkits???

I'm around the first week of April and still unable to build medkits??? Am I missing something?

Also: Is the hotfix patch automatically applied by Steam?

doh...as I typed that, brain answered it...don't need to build them!!! Oiiii...too many versions in this olde brain!

I think maybe it was Spectrum that I had to build them in.

You had to build them in XCom EU and also advanced versions you will still have to spend money on
