Provided you kill with the Fleche, what happens? Do Reaper and Whirlwind both give an action, thereby letting you double-move afterwards?

Does Whirlwind proc if you Flush/Roust an enemy into a Bladestorm?

In 1.4 Whirlwind was triggering with Reaper exactly as you described but this was explicitly changed in 1.5.

Far as I can tell, Whirlwind will proc after any hit Fleche (doesn't have to kill), as long as Reaper is not active. It will not proc any other time.
