When did sentinels get armor shredding

or did they always have it? Just seems a bit weird to me, I dunno why, seems more in place on other units is all.

Sentinels can get the Shredder perk as a randomly selected AWC skill in either the 1st or 2nd offensive slot, just requiring training in the AWC. The only classes that can get Shredder as a rank perk are Gunners, Technicals, and Sparks.

No I mean the enemy, the upgraded version of the Sentry's, they have 1 shred on their atacks, and it just seems weird to me when the gunner enemies only have it after they get a dark event but the enemy focused on over watching has it baseline.

It's caused by an error in the uc files. In the current version of the game ADVENT Sentries (all three versions) use the damage values for Officers while the damage value that should go to them according to the ini files isn't used at all. The T3 Officer rifle has one point of innate shred.
