To flush ini or not to flush the ini.

Post by SonnyWiFiHr »

What is the rule?. Right now I m flushing ini on every day basis.
Not flushing only if mod is pure DLC.
+NonNativePackages=ABC
DLCIdentifier=ABC
and don't have content ini
In this category are only script mods

Can't handle Steam updates anymore. I m forced to add mods manually (200 of them) then check engine for conflict. I can't memorize 200 10 digit numbers or load order. I m renaming mods to have load order and it is confusing and time consuming.
Long War mod manager is my greater wish.

ALM can't stop Steam from updating anything. Steam won't let it. ALM can only control which mods are active and allow the player to change their order in a simple manner.

Yeah. I realized that long time ago after I manually checked all my mods. I still read logs from time to time. Even have shortcut on desktop.
But I realized that UI screen listeners are not detected . So usually game crashes when Ui screen listeners miss the step. Last time I crashed game because Robojumper Squad select UI screen listener. Never before and after I had such report.

After Flushing ini. it is best to restart PC. After playing game it is best to restart PC.
I can report that my PC end in something like hang. Blue screen on M2 SSD. It takes time just to initialize explorer. This should not happen.
