Where are the Alien Leaders from Alien Hunters DLC?

Hi, I did the Alien Nest mission like 1 and a half months ago, and I've been doing missions non-stop with 6+ teams and there are still no Alien leaders popping up. When should I expect them? How do I ensure I encounter them?

Thankfully, Rulers will only show on untimed missions : Troop/Convoy ambushes, HQs and if there's more i'm not aware of.

They only show up on Liberation 5 and Golden Path missions.
People say they can show up on troop columns, but I've literally never once seen one show up there in LW2, but I can fight em back to back to back in 3 Nerve Center missions if I so please.

I can confirm they show up on troop columns missions, may have to be light + for them to show up as EL and VL normally have an 8 man rainbow pod and Hive Queen taking up the first slots.

They can show up on the Avenger Defense mission too

I would have loved that actually. Avenger Defense for me was like "Killing Grounds: The Mission".
