Is there is ini edit for under training soldier that they don't get striped? Such as NoStripWoundedInventory=true in XComUI.ini which only works for wounded soldier.
It would be great if there is something to prevent striping for officer+AWC+PSI training. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

Yes, I too find it annoying when my soldiers come out of training looking like zebras. Theres a mod 'Load from Character Pool' which I use to reset their appearance.

But seriously, them losing their gear is a pain and I'd like a way to stop it. It may be something that can't be changed in the base game. There is already a handy button to strip gear if you need to field a geared up team in an emergency.
