Invasion WTF?

Sorry for the swearing,but i am having a really hard time trying to keep a cool head after this...
You can clearly see,that none of my rebels have died(for some reason there weren't any in the mission in the first place,just random civvies)
So,eventually when i finally kill the last mob, i get the 'decapitation' message,saying that i have lost;even though i destroyed the relay and killed every single mob.
So what does this mean?
I wasted 1.5 hours and took a crap ton of wounds for nothing?
WTF was i suposed to do?
I even hopped around the map with my shinobi using the ttf command(at the last turn,to see whether there was any civvies i was missing,there was none).
If this is a bug,how do i fix it?
If not,at least tell me what the hell i was supposed to do...
Cause in mini retals u kill every last mobs,and that would be it.
