Is this a game breaking exploit? [Infinite supplies]

I ilustrate with the example of autoloaders, but guess it would work with more things.
1.- We keep 2 autoloaders, 13 supplies and 1 core.
3.- We take the continent bonus that makes blackmarket to pay 20% more.
4.- Wait for the market to be interested in autoloaders.
5.- Do proving ground project and begin mass production.
6.- Buy autoloaders by 10$ and sell them for 12$.
If we have one of each upgrade (18), all the PCS and weapons placed we have a high probability to make the market interested in an upgrade. And we can eve force it by selling everything but the upgrade we want to sell.
Edit: If it is true it would be easy to fix by putting the base prize in blackmarket to 4$, then 2*1.2*4$=>10$ (No profit)
