Missing Captured MEC's

Hi,

I've played a couple of missions where I've ended the game with captured MEC's but I can't seem to find where they have gone?
First was an Advent bast mission to liberate a region where I captured a Longbow and the second was the downed Avenger mission where I picked up a Sectapod.

Where should they be so they can be used?

Small Disclaimer: I know my current campaign is a bit screwed up as it's been running from the start so I've had the weapons for the Alien hunters spawn twice but none of the rest of the mission and Shen's last gift hasn't started either.

You have several well known bugs.

For Full Override (capture MECs) :

• the mission must be a mission where you recover corpses (if you evac the hacker, the effect is lost)
• you can only gain MECs (no sectopods, no drones)
• Known bug : sometimes it doesn't work correctly. It might be related to hacking from squadsight

For Alien Hunters (and Shen's Last Gift):

• Known bugs : the PoIs can appear several times or not at all. This should be fixed in 1.3
• You can scan the weapons PoI multiple times,you'll get additional weapons if the previous ones were equipped on soldiers and not in the inventory. Don't try to run The Nest if it shows a second time, this one will bug out.
• You can force the missions to spawn (see here)

Pro tip : try using search . The DLC issues have been discussed multiple times already.

Well, I just gained a resistance MEC from a recruitment raid retaliation, which is a mission you evac from. The only thing that I paid special attention to is to make sure that the Specialist who did the Full Override hack was the very last soldier to evac out, so the "MEC is no longer hacked" message never appeared.

Now that's interesting.
It should be fixed in 1.3 anyway but this is useful as a workaround until then.
