Vigilance Dark Event Duration

I notice on the wiki they list the duration of some Strategic Dark Events and not others.
I've noticed I have about 3 Tactical DEs and 10 Strategic ones running right now, and I know that Vigilance kicked in at LEAST 6 weeks ago.
My understanding is that Strat DEs expire and most in less than a month. I'm wondering whats going on. Thoughts?
