Shen's last gift ... repeating?

After completing Shen's DLC sometime in May/early June, I kinda shelved spark-001 from regular missions to use on urgent defensive actions without infiltration timers. Time goes by with my spark collecting dust unused when to my suprise on july 2nd i uncover an unknown investigation site and upon inspection it reveals itself to be Shen's last gift .. again.

Anyway, so i get together an utterly overpowered squad (was easy enough in May) and then threw my Spark-001 in for good measure. Mission went smoothly, and now i have 2x "Spark-001" in my soldier list.

Perhaps a result of my campaign spanning patches / hotfixes? Not complaining, working as intended tho?

Not only SLG, the Alien Hunter been affected as well. I got locator beacon proc twice in two month and now i having two set of AH weaponry.
