Advent Strength
How is the strength of advent troops determined. I know that higher advent threat level, and dark events can increase stats/abilities of advent. Does anything else increase there strength. Like Do advent troops passively get stronger over time separate from the threat level in the region. Is there any spreadsheet somewhere that shows how advent Strength converts into what you can expect to run into on a mission. Also by Strength I just mean stats/abilities.
