Bradford whining about supplies

I read in the upcoming 1.1 notes that bradford will whine less about you having low troop count (because you sent 3 squads of men out), but can you guys make him whine less about "no new incoming resources" so often? I quite deliberately have no rebels on supply in the early game and it's irritating AF to go back to the avenger to check stuff and every time he says wah wah wah we need to look for new sources of income.

(one quick fix is to give a baseline +1 dollar per month income which you could justify as coming from your HQ and remove negative upkeep from structures since faceless act as upkeep anyways)

All the whining could do with a massive nerf. Shen whining about unstaffed engineers, Tygan whining about changing research, Tygan whining about no research, etc.

Ideally it would be tied to difficulty level - if you are playing at Veteran or above it should be assumed that you understand the basics enough to not need the nagging. Or have an option to reduce it/switch it off entirely (maybe tie it to the existing "Reduce beginner VO" option for new games?).
