radio relays, avatar project, alien rules questions

So my Long War is pretty buggy, but still great fun. I just don't know how to build radio raleys( Reaserch is done), I'm 20 missions in and Avatar project never started and I never got first alien rules missions. Am I missing something ?

You're missing the correct forum, for one, as you posted in the Long War for EU section. I'm moving this to the Long War 2 thread.

Radio Relays can be built in the Haven Management screen.

The other things are working fine, you just haven't encountered them yet.

I clicked on everything in Haven Managment screen and can't find it. Any tips what I'm missing ?

If you are on the management screen for a single haven - the one where you assign tasks to haven personnel - the build radio button is in the upper right corner as I recall.

Be advised, your starting region comes with an automatic relay just like in vanilla, so if you are looking for the button on that Haven's screen, you won't find it.
