No Dragon Rounds prototype?

What the title says. No dragon rounds after completing the PG project unlike all the other projects. Intended behaviour or bug?

i don't know exactly, but it will be after muton elite autopsy.

Yes, I have completed the Muton Elite autopsy and completed the Dragon Round PG project but usually after a project is completed you get a freebie, but no free Dragon Rounds in this case.
