I always played long war with Red Fog. And now i cant Seem to play without it! How tough Will it be to implement? Cant stand 1hp dudes running around like nothing happened!

oh, I was imagining the red creep from war of the worlds taking over the planet, that would be pretty cool to see in XCOM....

It's in the game already. You just need to enable it after the campaign start, rather than before. Look in the options of any game you've already got going.
