We have people using nexusmods (i.e. manual upgrades), and we know Steam can sometimes be lazy and not update our stuff regularly for no reason. And I sense we will have quite a few version upgrades for LW2 given how LW1 went.

So, here's my suggestion. To make sure everyone is on the right page, it would be nice QOL Improvement if the game mentioned "Long War 2 v1.1" or such in the title screen. Then whenever we have bug reports that sound like they are playing a wrong version, we could go "what number do you see in the title screen?"

To be sure i just unsubscribe the mod restart steam and subscribe again. Tough i second your idea.

While im sure im running latest version off steam (seen the new additions in the game), a version number somewhere wouldnt hurt.
