I have two questions:
1. How does one influence the choices a psi soldier ranking up in the psi chamber receives in terms of trainable skills?
2. How does one adjust the time to train each individual skill from selection?
I know LW2 did this to rework the Psi Operative training mechanics. How do I implement those aspects?
