Sorry if its already been mentioned in advance.

I noticed the perks that provide a free flashbang will add flashbangs to your actual Avenger Inventory after completing a mission in which a solider with the perk in question was present. I think it might be triggered by using the "Free Utility Items" button when creating a squad for another mission, but I might be wrong there.

Over time I've accumulated 5 flashbangs despite never having crafted one. These flashbangs can then be distributed to other soldiers or even sold for free money in the black market.
