An easy way to fix psi-ops is to just give them no infiltration time on a mission. The first psi soldier can be added for free, and maybe even reduce things overall. They are mind readers after all , which would be a great advantage for infiltration. Someone else said something to this effect also ...

Some possible changes to address this: - Make missions more or less likely to be detected at different stages in their lives, with a weighting towards infiltrating 4-6 guys. Oh yeah in vanilla it was a carry weapon for sure on a specialist. It had +15 aim and hit like magnetic tier at rank 1. It's watery now with +5 aim and less damage. I agree that supplies need to be a little more plentiful. I'm fine with making supplies lean and having all the prioritization choices that accompany that limitation. That's fun, but in the standard LW2, you can barely breathe. While I liked the game overall, XCOM 1 did that horribly, in my opinion....
