Facility Assaults -- PIPS on Doom-Tracker...

Once we complete such Missions (most likely a maximum of four times per games).. their subsequent Red-Pips removal --Animation-- (with sounds effects, etc) isn't processed. IIRC, Vanilla had this feature.

OH -- but my objective wasn't to alter the generic balance involved in using Rockets. The only "principle" my edit touches is the penalties for the post-movement aspect & the number of Rolls that add too much unpredictable results. Perks still apply under such conditions -- only better...

As for rookies, maybe increasing of rate of recruiting? Or passive recruiting of 2-3 rookies per month? Better yet.. just alter the basic Startup value from the very first line of -- XComGameCore.INI -- like this; NUM_STARTING_SOLDIERS= 32 ;20 Most of my games are fine with 12 more than the default...

FIXED it! Might be a wild lucky event related to Win-OS and its Virtual Memory (Paging) settings... but i've re-adjusted their recommended value from about 8400-MB to exactly 12261 -MB. That special configuration aspect wasn't checked for nearly two years by me.. so it may just have screwed up both...

Also, why 1 on supply? Isn't that a complete waste? True.. but it's most likely happening when my Havens have 10+ Rebels. Yet, the trick with acquiring MANY rebels rapidly.. is that Advent Strength(s) tends to push attention to these regions to match me. I still have to find a somewhat balanced way...
