A critical flaw of these missions is that the haven rebels make them harder by activating the pods at the datatap. I would rather they not appear at all.

I was under the impression Advent could lose vision of your troops. As long as they could see none of them. However After hiding all my units in fog, with no advent sight, I got rocketed with no advent forces seeing my units. Does advent retain vision of units for a turn or something after you hide...

Make supply raids much less frequent/take less time. I don't care what else is done to change/nerf supply raids/corpse collecting, but I hate starting up LW2 and seeing a supply raid pop because I know I'll have to spend all my available free time playing just that mission. I agree, I changed it to 0 when 1.1 switches some perks and left it like that. I don't really see the value or fun in having locked down skills. If I feel I messed up a build I just reconfigure. Damn... With balancing in 1.2 mostly geared against the player (notable exception of 12 invasion squads), I was really counting on the flamethrower range bugfix and this kubikiri bugfix to play with.

I don't think anything that specifically buffs OW aim occurs before the 70% penalty. Can you confirm or deny this? As far as I know, the 70% (60% for dashing) penalty occurs after ALL penalties. I kind of miss the foundry from EW. Sure the proving grounds fills that role, but there are mostly no direct upgrades, only item upgrades and new items. It's not necessary but it was nice.
