Yes, that's intended. 15-3=12, which was base mobility in vanilla. I just wanted to comment since I've seen people talk about 11 or even 8 base mobility soldiers, which would make the game much harder than it's supposed to be and is definitely a bug (try regenning inis).

Also might try unplugging any controllers and making sure the input device in options is selected as mouse/keyboard. LW2 does not have controller support.

Instant Menus has been known IIRC to cause problems in the past with LW2 - have you tried without that one?
Of that list the only other one I can see ofc the bat maybe causing issues would be spark t pose fix. That functionality might actually be included in LW2, I'm not 100% sure.

Another thing that could be affecting people's experiences is a possible mobility bug. All soldiers in LW2 should have 12-18 base mobility (might even be 13-18) if NCE is turned on, or 15 if it is turned off. Quick questions for clarification: Are you using any mods that affect enemies, AI behavior, or OW? Sentries don't have Return Fire. They do have Covering Fire though, which is supposed to OW attack the attacker before the attacker attacks (same as it does for XCOM). Are you sure they're not Covering...

Only thing you lose for aborting is the time it takes to fly there and get them, and the opportunity cost of having had those soldiers on infiltration for no reward. Don't be afraid to pull out of a mission if you get a much better opportunity though. That said, do note that in certain... extreme em...

2 man stealth missions are possible (intentionally so) without additional mods - you're welcome to use whatever mods you want of course but you may find that the overall experience is a little less balanced if you buff stealth missions as you'll be able to complete a lot more of them than is intende...

If your soldiers don't have roughly 15 base mobility (+/-2 or 3, I don't remember which), you're experiencing a bug with NCE, Red Fog, or a mod conflict. Grapple has a higher cooldown and the Spider is more expensive than the other two armor, but the actual ability works the same - free action. It's really, really good in all sorts of situations.

It's a support grenade so the one that gives you an extra use of the support grenade in your grenade slot (Protector) will do that. There's also one that does the same for other equipped grenades but it's really far down the tree.

Hacking had some changes in LW2 that might've conflicted with that mod, just depending on how it was implemented. In particular, the doors should all open at once when you hack one of them (this makes the multiperson rescues much less tedious).

Deacon's compatible mod list could answer that question for you.... ;) But yes. Flamethrower panic works in LW2 how it's intended to work in LW2. I believe this is a known bug we're currently investigating - just to clarify though, do you mean you "stunned" them or "disoriented" them? Flashbangs only disorient unless you have a specific Grenadier perk.

They get really good aim and can do devastating damage to enemies whose cover has been removed with a Rocket or Sapper Grenade. Serial (when they get it) is still fantastic for mopup. Depends on the mission - if you get one to counter a DE and you skip it, that obviously facilitates alien progression. Supply raid and ambush troop column missions will add 1 advent strength to the region if not countered. There's a couple other examples that you can discover on your own. :) Also no...
