*sigh* well, i've tried verifying, doesn't work. console command to heal troopers does, but that's kinda cheating, and only fixes part of the problem. I've also listed every gameplay affecting mod by name, i severely highly doubt Voice packs and unit customization are what's screwing with the Strat...

Note that Liberated =/= Contacted. :) And that Liberated =/= Permanently Liberated. ;) If the liberated region becomes not liberated, do we have to liberate it once again to beat the campaign? or as long as we have history of liberating 1 region, it will be fine? We all use a variety of QoL mods and I'll give you my suggested list below. The only mod from Koriel's list that will require some work is Black Market Usage (it needs a small bit of tweaking to remain accurate), otherwise those mods all work with LW2.
