If you're asking what to do with the snipers I would make a mix of DFA/snapshot snipers for untimed/timed missions respectively. I agree with pretty much everyone that RNG grenades do nothing to enhance the game. I noticed that the mini-retaliations are outdated on ufopaedia. What else have you seen that is no longer relevant or accurate? I think any mechanics changes are covered in the patch notes - it may be worth comparing the two if you're trying to review a specific mechanic.
