I am currently playing a campaign in Impossible difficulty with Training.ini activated (actually I also made further adjustment so the air game is a lot easier, and alien research is way more slower than default training.ini setting), I come across situations that I have never come across before: 1....

CTD happens in larger to very large ship assult
Seriously, every time I play in maps of large / very large ship (Landing or Crash), CTD happens to me every few turns, is there a way to fix this problem? I love everything in longwar expect CTD, and I am getting sick of it

I can see your point :) And Dragoon or Cavalry is a nice idea. I assume you play in English. You must edit (with Notepad for example) the entry in the file XComStrategyGame.int. The file is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\ XEW \XComGame\Localization\INT T...

is there a way to change name of a class
Sorry if my question would bother anyone, but some of the name choices of class in LW1 just troubled me... psychologically and subjectively. For example, I am hesitant to upgrade a male infantry into their MEC class just because, well, as you can see, they will be 'Valkyrie' and I can't quite accept...

I say mine first: I would like to see new graphics and audio effect on Laser Lance and Pulse Lance, so railgun can go back to match its inventory Icon.

For me, I actually think the simplest way to fix them is to give them more HP and DR, and may be a little bit more defense and mobility to make them worthwhile.
