There is no squad size upgrade. Missions have soldier limit. You don't even need to have squads. Edit missions. I said squad size but I meant soldier limit. I have upgraded my squad size to the max. I have tried modifying ini. files to get a 12 man squad. When I select a mission it says I can bring 12 men but in the arming screen I only ever see 8. I start the mission and I only ever have 8. My squad has 12 members, 4 just stay back at base. I'd like to...
