The "Cheat Removal" pop up means that it is working. And you mean by that, that when the RemoveFortressDoom command executes correctly, that the "Cheat Removal" message shows up? I doubt that the extra time it takes to upload both 1.2 and 1.3 to Nexus mods is much of a consideration when taken in context of the volume of work put into LW2. I suspect that supporting Steam is a constant thorn in PI's side, and that they'd frankly rather just have it only on Nexus mods, but tha...

RemoveFortressDoom not working, plus "Cheat Removal" message

Just tried using the RemoveFortressDoom console command, with my doom meter one square from the end, and the game suddenly showed the meter maxed out, then moved it back to where it had been before, and showed the message "Cheat Removal" up on the screen.

Is this the intended behavior??

It's worth noting that the latest group of people invited by JL to be playtesters came from these very forums Right: the inner circle has been asked to help with the game, making it ever more appealing to the inner circle. I revisit my initial post over and over and see how it's playing out exactly...

For anyone arriving here who wants to change an existing Soldier Ability using this command - unless I'm mistaken - it's not actually possible. The solution is fairly easy though: Use the MakeSoldierAClass command and it will respec all their Soldier Abilities and you then just need to click through...
