Given that the blaster launcher is a guided weapon, I wanted to adjust the accuracy of the Blaster Launcher. Unfortunately, I did not see such info in the ini files on a search.
How can I accomplish this?

I suppose I will be in the minority here, but I am not a fan of artificial caps, and that includes artificial experience-earned caps. If the guys killed the troops they should get the experience. I don't think flashbangs are overpowered. Disorient does not completely shut them down. I've had plenty of soldiers wounded and a few (mostly rookies) killed by disoriented ADVENT. Personally, I would like to start in some of the 2-region countries for a change. I don't think any of the continent bonuses are that overpowered that it would have a major effect on the game, not more than some other random effects elsewhere.

You can adjust the Bolt Caster's Aim Buff in the LW Weapons Ini. I've been playing with +10 Aim at Conv, +15 at Mag, and +20 at Plasma. The +10 has elevated it from "never" to "sometimes on that one guy with decent Aim." After 1.2 drops I'll be tempted to bump everything up by 5...

I humbly request that X2Condition_RequiredToHitChance be changed to look for FireControl25, FireControl50 and FireControl75 as effects instead of soldier abilities, so other modders can make stuff that allow for toggling those effects at player discretion. The one round clip and no mods makes it useless in my book. I assume that the no-mods limitation was why they gave it stun and +15 to hit in vanilla. I'm not a fan of the new "Fire Control" PCS items (should just be a setting, since the commander could just give an order to only engage when favorable in overwatch), so I was trying to find a workaround. One way is to just give a second PCS slot which I would use just for fire control PCS...

Agreed. Since assigning and recalling advisers is a zero-cost action there is no point in restricting interactions with them. I would even go as far as let them do everything (go on missions or place in special training with a "removing adviser" warning, change gear and the like). Agreed ...
