I play with hidden potential at 100% and not created equally enabled. For me I bring them on missions to level up then turn them into psy ops with a few officer perks. Can someone please make this a mod or part of long war? With so many soldiers it encourages you to have multiple squads but with the limited time and space in the AWC that contradicts that theme. Maybe allow players build 2 AWCs or allow a third VR training spot. It might be difficult to code that i...

For those who dont know what that is its the hacking reword where your hacking doldier gets +10 permanent hacking stat.
How common is this reword? Is there a cap? I saw it maybe twice in my entire last playthrough.

Everyone is saying yo use shinobi to hack but this is one of the missions you can get enemy protocol on which permanently increases hacking stat. For that reason i always get my specialist to hack it if i can. That payoff is huge

These are some of the hardest timed missions. I often skip them unless i really need the scientist or engineer. Its just too risky in my opinion.

I personally play with not created equally and hidden potential at 100%. So for me the soldiers stats come into play alot. If i get a soldier with above average hp and low aim ill always take it and have him sit in half cover and have my squad in full cover. This litterally makes him/her a meat shie...

I feel your pain brother. Until you get your mod I recommend to keep training your Rookies as Psi ops. When you get a bad roll in the RNG. Psi ops are literally the best Haven advisors. I think they have two times the effect of a normal Soldier.

Why doesn't make sense that if I take a different type of bullet for my weapons it lowers my Mobility by one. I feel like this should not be the case. Is there a mod to make different types of rounds not slow you down.?

Late game when I have over 40 soldiers and I can't take months and months two learn the AWC abilities. It would be nice to be able to have more AWC training stations or be able to build another one. Maybe they could have it be something you research like a high tech AWC so you can train more soldier...

Yeah you will usually get them the same way you get Advent and alien data pads. In your research area it will have it in there and you will have to research to decrypt the facility lead. I think they just randomly drop when you get the items from the Advent chests.

Yes and no. It depends on the squad you bring. If your squad can take it leave it at 100%. For instance if you have tons of crowd control like a sniper with serial and technicians with good rocket perks you want lots of baddies because you get to keep all the corpses for amazing cash later. I have one sniper with "lethal" as his tier 3 offensive perk and if im remembering correctly isnt that one of his tier 8 class perks? If so i think its possible.

Update! ADVENT overheard this conversation and litterally my first mission starting xcom was an invasion. Deleted show me the skills and boom! No more bug. It still lags a bit but thats expected on such a huge map. Thanks for the tips everyone!!
