Keep in mind that both Xcom 1 and Xcom 2 do not have dynamic inventories. You can not simply remove an item and it will magically vanish, along with its effects. No - once you're on the mission your mobility is set, whether you use your items or not. I was quite sure of the opposite. Wouldn't it be more reasonable? If I have an item with me which causes a weight increase thus decreasing my mobility; If I throw that item away, my mobility won't be affected b...

Simple question. Every utility is a -1. So if I have a medikit or a grenade, and I use it, will that -1 mobility vanish ?

Assuming there is no typo in your post, it sounds like it's working exactly as intented. You're not supposed to be able to use Full Override more than once per mission. I never noticed about the cooldown originally, but we had internal testers claiming that these skills never had cooldowns or always did, and it turned out to be related to who was mashing ESC and who wasn't. 1) I've just unlocked the t3 stunner (the one requiring Guardian corpse) and its animation is bugged, the soldier doesn't hold the stunner and there's no electric discharge.

It's weird to me that shooting a flame grenade on a target means 100% chance of that target having burn effect, then why the flamer shouldn't be the same? It's a matter of balance. Haywire (full override is a variant of this) is a bit glitchy in general. Sometimes you'll be able to use it every round and other times its cooldown will correctly apply and you'll have to wait some turns.
