I just had a Haven Defense mission where my starting position was on top of a fire and I had 3 soldiers burning when i made my first move. Not sure if this is an intend "FU" feature from xcom or a bug. I think it shouldn't be happening.
Also Im not using and mods related to map design.

Does someone know how to reliably reduce Advent Strength in a region? I tried doing missions there and I've put all resistance personal on "hiding" but since i did that the AS increased from 6 to 9. I'm doing lots of missions in other regions but in this one it does not seem to go down any...
