Is there a way in the config files to mod the talents that refund a move action, like hit and run for flanked enemies, to refund a full action?

I'm disgruntled by how inferior hit and run seems compared to close and personal.

Just finished my secound actual mission in the campain, great sucess! However after the cutscene I don't get back to the avenger, I'm just stuck looking at it's "legs". Tried loading a save game a few turns before the end of the mission, same bug happens.

Have anyone encountered that?
