The first body is back where you picked it up, without a mod to fix it the body never moves until you manually put it back down. Who knows on the second body.

Did you have patch 1.1 installed when you experienced this? Patch 1.1 fixes a lot of issues with Hunker, like Hunker's defense bonus applying in literally EVERY situation, not just against ranged attacks that aren't flanking the hunkered unit. Can confirm, fleche hit chance is significantly reduced...

1.2 patch notes, does this mean depth perception PCS is essentially +25% crit?

The developing notes for patch 1.2 seem to suggest that negative dodge is the same as +crit. Does this mean depth perception PCSs are crazy +5 aim and +25% crit against enemies without dodge?!

I never used them much because I thought the anti-dodge portion would see too little use.

Stunned for the remainder of the mission, you mean? The super specifics of the post-enemy stun part was that during the stun they could not do anything, after the stun they could not move but could seeming use abilities though nothing was in range so all I could do was overwatch. I didn't elaborate...

There are missions that award supplies, but they require a bunch of guys on intel to spot. I've been told to sell corpses, weapon mods and pcs in the black market too. I don't get a lot of any of those, but I get some. Selling corpses and not rending them seems like a bad idea. Upcoming patch notes...

I already specced into the flamer every time, even before this change. They take a lot of skill to use properly (conceal ambush), but wow can they turn an otherwise impossible mission into a relatively easy one if pulled off correctly. It seems like the best way to earn supplies would be to eliminate the faceless, they are costing me 50 each! But then I realized I'm already doing everything I can to eliminate them. I don't believe any of the missions reward supplies so my only way to build buildings and use the black market is pay...

However even with the targeting changes I still can't see myself taking any flamethrower perks. Our criteria here isn't whether everyone feels like they are balanced.
