If a retal wipes out most of the rebels then switch to recruit instead and move on to the next region.

There's several things that affect rnf drop rate, but the biggest here is region strength. Low strength regions should be able to hit the hard timer without getting swarmed, but around strength 3-4 they certainly become a bigger issue

A few thoughts before I head to bed: Low profile is +15 defense, not 20. Unless you​reverted back to vanilla cover values I guess. Long watch is useful for the occasional cup or other decent ow perks in the awc. Independent tracking is decent on Holo spec. Lone wolf counting is fixed by gotcha again...

Ah, yeah, I think I see what's happening.

It's very wonky step out behavior. Basically you're stepping closer to each sectoid, and while the first one puts you on top of the sectoid (and zero range is defined as zero bonus, unsure if there's a reason), the second puts you adjacent.

Seems like the game is calculating the distance incorrectly, and for some reason thinks your shotgunner is literally standing on top of the sectoid instead of next to it. I'd be curious what happens if you move to the other side of the sectoid (implying that the game thinks the sectoid is in the wro...

Snapshot was buffed considerably (it only switches to a snapshot shot if you move, and the penalty is 10/tile beyond 5 tiles instead of 20)

I still prefer DFA at this point, but it's certainly better. Depending on your tactics, they might be a better fit on some mission types now.

The button only controls the mission content. If you want to disable it altogether, you need to uninstall.

I should probably warn you that the rulers are gonna just randomly show up later on.

Did you have someone in the tube already? Take them out and put them back in and see if that fixes it.

I've used this a lot without issues.

Also, there's a good half dozen of us playing, and we're all roughly at different points. So if we wanted an approximation of a full camapign, it'd only take about a week.

1. Not only cheap tricks like Chain Lighting or Faceoff was fixed, but all means of mass control or mass killing was heavily nerfed. No, you learn what it is at the end of the mission. Also, the rewards are randomly chosen at the start, and there's nothing preventing multiples of the same reward

Is "LMGs lose a half-point of damage." talking about the gunner weapon? yes technical will scale like crap with their one 'thing' gutted. shinobis got 1 more useful perk and 2 other gutted. Snipers are just going to switch from serial to double tap. I gotta know what their 'one thing' was...

Nope.

There is a command to reset and reroll the awc tree of every soldier you have, though ( LWForceAWCRerolls ).

Also:

- Suppression reaction fire ignores cover bonuses.
- area suppression in Lw1 only took a single reaction shot, and then was broken for everyone being suppressed
- suppression debuff in lw1 was also only 30. It was 50 in x1.
- suppression is really good in lw2.

I still recommend using perfect information. It upgrades the display to show dodge chance, and the graze band is incorporated into this. I'm hoping it gets updated to remove the graze band from the normal hit section, as inl currently have to do it myself.

That option is not intended to display the AWC perks. There is a config (AWC pack) that has an option to display hidden perks which is defaulted to false.
